1. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
In the original packaging, along with manuals, accessories, and warranty cards (if any).
Returned within 7 days of delivery.
Note: Products that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or without original packaging will not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, such as:
Personal care appliances (e.g., trimmers, shavers).
Products damaged due to customer handling.
Items without proof of purchase.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
All refunds are processed securely via Square Trade’s payment gateway.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we can replace it with the same item, subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
